KeyShuttleTerms of Use and License

1. The software
KeyShuttle (“the Software”) is made by Matej Krajnc, Slovenia. By installing or using it you agree to these terms.
2. Free trial
You may use the Software free of charge for 14 days to evaluate it. After the trial, switching with the keyboard shortcut requires a license.
3. License
A purchased license lets one person use the Software on one Mac and one Windows PC at the same time. You may move the license to other computers by deactivating it in the app first. The license does not expire and includes updates to version 1.x. You may not resell, share, reverse engineer or redistribute the Software or license keys.
4. Purchase and refunds
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, whose buyer terms also apply. If the Software does not work for you, email support@keyshuttle.app within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunded license keys are deactivated.
5. Compatibility
The Software relies on Bluetooth and network features of macOS and Windows that may change with system updates. We will make reasonable efforts to keep it working but cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, configuration or future operating system version.
6. No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence or where limitation is not allowed by law.
8. Trademarks
Apple, Mac, macOS and Magic Keyboard are trademarks of Apple Inc. Windows is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. KeyShuttle is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or Microsoft.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
