KeyShuttle is built to collect as little as possible. This policy explains what data is processed, why, and your rights.

Who we are

KeyShuttle is made by Matej Krajnc, Slovenia (EU). Contact: support@keyshuttle.app.

The app

• No tracking, no analytics, no account. The app does not record or transmit what you type.
• Local network only. The Mac and PC apps exchange short signed messages over your local network to hand over the keyboard. These never leave your network.
• License activation. When you enter a license key, and about once a week afterwards, the app sends the license key, an activation ID and your computer's name to Lemon Squeezy (our reseller) to confirm the license is valid. Nothing else is sent.

Purchases

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing and taxes. Lemon Squeezy shares with us your name, email address, country and order details so we can provide the license and support. We never see your full card details. This website

This website uses no cookies and no analytics. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Support emails

If you email us, we use your message and address only to answer you, and keep them no longer than needed for that and for our legal obligations.

Legal basis and retention

We process data to perform our contract with you (license and support), to meet legal obligations (tax records), and for our legitimate interest in preventing license misuse. Order data is kept as long as required by tax law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. Email support@keyshuttle.app. You may also complain to your data protection authority; in Slovenia this is the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).
